Mission

Our mission is to teach owners how to be the dogs leader, to prepare the dog for basic training.

A Better Dog Home Training is trainer owned and operated by Mary Lou Reynolds, who is a certified dog trainer.  Mary Lou attends many various teaching seminars to stay current with new tips and techniques in the dog training industry and comes with many years of experience.

The primary training strategy is one that uses dog language, which consist of praise and reward methods.  The optimal training setting is within the home where the dog resides, this ensures that the dog is in the best environment where he/she will best retain what is learned.  If this is not an option for the owner, A Better Dog Home Training can board and train at Mary Lou's home.

In addition to training, A Better Dog Home Training offers "in home" boarding with Mary Lou, keeping your dog in a comfortable environment with other dogs, instead of being in a kennel all day.

We service homes that are in the Orlando, Kissimmee, St. Cloud and surrounding areas.
